SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

Shuttle service will be provided for Friday and Saturday events.

Pick-up Locations:

  • Hotel Jerome 330 East Main Street

  • Limelight Hotel 355 S. Monarch Street

  • The Gant 610 S. West End Street

*Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time, as shuttles will be leaving promptly at the stated times below.

FRIDAY

WELCOME PARTY

CHUCKWAGON GROUNDS, T-LAZY-7 RANCH

Departure Time — 5:30pm 

Guest shuttles will pick up in Aspen and transport guests to the Chuckwagon Grounds at T-Lazy-7 Ranch.

Shuttles will be available throughout the event for return transportation.

SATURDAY

WEDDING DAY

RAINBOW RANCH & HOTEL JEROME

Departure Time — 4:00pm

Guest shuttles will pick up in Aspen and transport guests to Rainbow Ranch for the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests to the Hotel Jerome for the reception. Return shuttles to your accommodations will be available after the reception from Hotel Jerome.

SUNDAY

HAPPILY EVER AFTER BRUNCH

RAINBOW RANCH

Guests are welcome to arrange their own transportation to and from the house for the farewell brunch. The property is also a short 15 minute, scenic walk from town via the Rio Grande Trail (see map below). Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

A hosted SUV will be available for pick up and returns to the town of Aspen. Available on call for first come first serve.
