  • Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is a quick taxi or shuttle ride to town. Most hotels offer free airport shuttles for pick-up and departure. You may also arrange a pick-up with High Mountain Taxi (970) 925-8294.

  • Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is a 1 hour 30 minute drive from Aspen. You may arrange your own transportation to and from this airport with a car rental. Shuttles are available to book from Eagle airport to Aspen. Recommended shuttle company, Epic Mountain Express.

  • Denver International Airport (DIA) is a 3 hour 30 minute drive to Aspen. You may arrange your own transportation with a rental car or explore shuttle service from the airport to Aspen. Recommended shuttles include Bustang (to Glenwood Springs) and Gold Rush Transportation.

Complimentary RFTA shuttle buses make it easy to get around, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay for all guests. If using shuttles to transport to Aspen for wedding events, please allow time as busses can fill up during the holiday weekend.

    Viceroy and Viewline hotels are conveniently located to local transportation buses and walking distance to the Snowmass Village.

    Basalt Located a twenty-five to thirty minute drive downvalley, Basalt offers two economical hotels, The Element and The Hoffman, in a charming small-town setting. Public transportation to and from Aspen is available through RFTA with a purchase of a bus pass. High Mountain Taxi, renting a car or private car services are alternative modes of transportation to and from the wedding celebrations.
